Ingredients

2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farms)
2 tablespoons onion powder
7 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon dill
1 tablespoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon accent flavor enhancer
Preparation

Defrost and squeeze all water from spinach.
Mix everything together in Kitcheniaid Mixer with beater attachment not whip (or by hand really well).
Roll into 1 inch balls on an greased sheet pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350.
