Healthy Berry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup Greek yogurt
    1 1/2 cups almond flour
    2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
    2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
    1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    3 eggs
    1 cup berries
Preparation
    1.\tPreheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a mini muffin pan with some coconut oil or cooking spray.
    2.\tPlace all ingredients (except berries) into a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. The batter will be thick.
    3.\tFill the muffin cups 1/3-1/2 full and place berries on top, berries will sink down as they bake.
    4.\tPlace tray in the oven for 7-10 minutes until golden brown on top and tooth pick comes out of the center of the muffin clean.
