Bacon Cheese & Veggie Quiche - cooking recipe

2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
2 cups bacon
8 eggs
2 cups half-and-half
14 ounces artichoke hearts, diced
28 ounces diced tomatoes
2 cups colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
16 ounces frozen chopped spinach
Preparation

thaw and pat dry spinach.
preheat oven to 375 degrees.
press pie shells into pie pans.
mix all ingredients together.
pour equal amounts into pie shells.
bake for 30 mins or until center is set.
