Pear Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pears, peel, halve and core then cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons vanilla essence
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Pre heat oven to 350 F.
    Grease 9 inch pie plate.
    Arrange pear slices in pie plate, overlapping slightly.
    Process in a blender all other ingredients till smooth.
    Pour over pears.
    Bake till golden and firm to touch - about 45 minutes.
