Tropical Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple rings, reserve 3 T liquid
2 tablespoons honey
2 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chutney
4 hawaiian rolls
Preparation

slice chicken breases in half lengthwise. Combine soy, pineapple juice, honey, oil, garlic powder and ginger. Add chicken to mix and marinate at least 30 minutes.
Combine chutney, mayo, sliced green onions for dressing.
Grill chicken, then pineapple.Serve chicken topped with a pineapple ring on the rolls, and pass the sauce along the side.
