Crunchy Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 cup flour
    1 teaspoon pepper
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 teaspoon dill weed
    1 lb fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine egg and milk in one bowl. Mix flour, pepper, salt, bread crumbs, cheese, and dill weed in another bowl. Place mushrooms in the egg misture, coating well. Then coat in bread mixture. Let stand for a few minutes before frying. Deep fry until golden brown.
