Low Fat Pasta Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (6 ounce) can white tuna in spring water, drained
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 cup spiral pasta, uncooked
1 cup frozen tiny peas
1 tablespoon dried dill
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Cook pasta according to directions.
While pasta is cooking, place frozen peas in colander.
When pasta is done, pour pasta and hot cooking water over peas to drain.
Rinse well with cold water and place into bowl with all other ingredients.
Chill and serve.
