Cherry Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup cherries, halved
Preparation

Cream butter, then add sugar.
Add eggs.
Combine flour and baking powder.
Use some of your flour to coat cherries.
Alternate the dry ingredients with the milk into the butter mixture.
Add the cherries.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour until brown on top.
