Broccoli Soup With Creme Fraiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 liter chicken stock
    250 g broccoli
    200 g carrots
    100 g potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1 1/2 teaspoons coriander
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup creme fraiche
Preparation
    Put first eight ingredients in pot and bring to the boil.
    Turn down the heat and simmer for as long as it takes for the vegetables to soften then allow to cool.
    Blend till smooth.
    Reheat and serve with the creme fraiche.
