Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie shells, unbaked
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Combine filling ingredients in mixing bowl; beat on high speed 3 to 5 minutes or until very well mixed.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
Cool before serving.
