French Butter Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon cream of tartar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup butter
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 1/4 cups flour
Preparation
    Beat all above at low speed with mixer.
    Add 2 1/4 cups flour by hand. Chill.
    Roll into 1 inches ball. Flatten with riss cross and sprinkle with red or green sugar. Bake 350 degrees.
