1 Point Weight Watchers Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs fat free ground turkey
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 cup sugar free barbecue sauce (G Hughes)
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup sugar free ketchup
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1 1/2 teaspoons stevia
    1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients and place in loafpan.
    Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over top of loaf.
    bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
