White Clam Chowder (No Cream!!) Or Use Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 cups clam juice
    3 cups flour
    3 cups non-fat powdered milk
    45 ounces chopped clams
    9 cups chicken broth
    8 chopped onions
    8 cloves chopped garlic
    6 teaspoons chopped parsley
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Blend together the clam juice, flour, and the dry milk powder. Blend until smooth; add to a sprayed pot and then add the broth, the onions, garlic, and the parsley.
    Then add clams and their juice, cubed potatoes (OPTIONAL) and then mix in 1.5 teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 bullion cube.
    Very low simmer and occasionally stir for 1 hour.
