Pear And Blue Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Anjou pear, sliced thin
    1 cup toasted walnuts
    1/2 cup crumbled Stilton cheese (or any blue cheese)
    2 heads arugula, torn
    1 head romaine lettuce or 1/2 lb spring greens
    dressing
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon walnut oil
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    mix lettuce and arugula, toss with salad dressing.
    serve on 4 plates.
    top greens with cheese, nuts, and 4 slices of pear.
