Easy Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon dried onion or 1 tablespoon dried chives
    1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 tablespoons butter
    8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook the broccoli in the water until tender but not mushy.
    Stir in onion or chives, cream of mushroom soup, milk and butter.
    Heat to a simmer and cook three minutes, stirring well.
    Add cheese and stir until it melts.
    Serve immediately.
