Pina Colada Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons gelatin
    2 tablespoons hot water
    1/3 cup coconut milk powder
    2 tablespoons warm water
    1 1/2 cups thickened cream
    3/4 cup condensed milk
    2 tablespoons white rum
    450 g crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatine over hot water and stir to dissolve.
    Combine coconut milk powder and warm water, place in a mixing bowl with cream, condensed milk and rum and beat until thick.
    Beat in gelatine, fold in pineapple and spoon into serving glasses.
    Refrigerate until set.
