Ingredients

1/4 - 1/3 cup coarse grain mustard
1/4 cup olive oil or 1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation

In a screw top jar, combine, mustard, oil, lemon juice, honey and garlic. Cover and shake well.
Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before serving.
