Carrie'S Rhubarb Butter Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups diced fresh rhubarb
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup instant oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Crisco shortening
Preparation

Combine rhubarb, white sugar, and flour.
Place in greased 6x10 inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb
mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
Serve warm or cold .
