Lemon Basil Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 ounces halibut steaks
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon green onion, minced
Preparation
    Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
    Place steaks in the grill and sprinkle with the paprika. Grill 6-8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
    In a small bowl, blend the margarine, basil, lemon juice and green onion.
    To serve, arrange each steak on a plate and top with a generous spoonful of the lemon-basil butter.
