Halloween Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 quarts popped corn
    2 cups brown sugar
    1 cup butter
    1/2 cup light corn syrup
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation
    Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes.
    Add vanilla and soda.
    Coat corn with mixture.
    Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Watch carefully to avoid burning.
