Sticky Chipolatas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil
500 g chipolata sausages, I use chicken
3/4 cup cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce, more if you so desire
Preparation

Heat oil in non stick pan.
Cook sausages 10 minutes or till golden.
Stir together remaining ingredients.
Pour over sausages.
Simmer, stirring for 5 minutes till well glazed.
Serve sprinkled with rosemary leaves if you so desire.
