Protein Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute (pulse in the food processer to make Splenda powdered sugar fine)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon extract (used pineapple, orange, and strawberry)
fat free Cool Whip
Preparation

Add softened cream cheese, protein powder and extract to the Splenda mixutre and mix in the food processor.
Pour into bowl and add Cool Whip to the consitency you like, stirring in gently to mix well.
