Bacon Turkey Burger With Avocado Dressing-Rachael Ray - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 small onion, grated
    1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
    6 slices chopped bacon, cooked crisp, drained
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 avocado
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1/4 cup sour cream
    salt and pepper, to taste
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    4 -8 bib lettuce leaves
    4 buns, of choice slightly toasted
Preparation
    Heat grill or other cooking vessel of choice.
    In medium sized bowl, mix together.
    first 5 ingredients.
    Form into 4 patties.
    In food processor, place next 8 ingredients.
    and blend until smooth.
    Cook patties until desired doneness.
    Place one patty on each bun half, top with dressing.
    then tomato and lettuce.
    Add bun top.
    Serve.
