Healthy Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 g bran flakes (breakfast flakes)
    160 g wholemeal flour or 160 g spelt
    25 g soft brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    290 ml apples, sauce
    25 g butter (melted)
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    pre heat oven to 190c and oil a 12 cup muffin tin or use paper cups.
    mix bran flakes, flour, sugar,cinnamon and baking powder, in a bowl.
    Then add apple sauce, melted butter and vanilla and mix well and spoon into the muffin tin.
    bake for 25/30 minutes or until ready.
    cool on a wire rack and enjoy.
