Cornbread (Mieliebrood) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup white cornmeal
    1 cup cake flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    3 eggs
    1 cup milk
    3 tablespoons cooking oil
    1 can cream-style sweet corn
Preparation
    Sift together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs, milk and oil together very well and add to dry ingredients.
    Stir in sweetcorn.
    Bake at 350F for 1 hour (Check at 50 minutes).
