Bulgur Breakfast Sausage (Food Storage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup bulgur, made in broth
    1/2 - 1 garlic clove, minced
    2 teaspoons sage
    1 tablespoon onion, dry minced
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 egg (or rehydreated powdered egg)
    1/2 teaspoon parsley
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 1 dash hot sauce
Preparation
    Mix together and fry in breakfast sized patties.
