Deluxe Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    1 teaspoon flax seed
    1 teaspoon coarsely chopped pecans (about 5-6 pecan halves)
    1 teaspoon dark brown sugar (or to taste)
    1 cup 2% low-fat milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Allow to sit 2 minutes to thicken. Stir and enjoy.
