Macadamia Nut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    3 cups milk
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 cup macadamia nuts, roasted and chopped
    9 inches pie shells, baked
Preparation
    Combine egg yolks, milk, sugar, cornstarch, salt and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and macadamia nuts. Pour into pie shell, chill covered with plastic wrap.
