6 lightly salted rice cakes
1/3 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup sliced ripes olive
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup shredded light mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place rice cakes on baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce evenly on each rice cake; top with olives, pepper, and mushrooms, and then with cheese.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
