P M S Smoothies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup fresh pineapple
    1/2 cup sliced mango
    3/4 cup sliced strawberry, washed and hulled
    1/4 cup honey (to taste)
    1 cup vanilla yogurt
    1/4 - 1/3 cup 2% low-fat milk
Preparation
    Add yogurt, milk, and honey.
    Add pineapple and blend.
    Add mango and strawberries; blend until smooth.
