Sour Cream Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten until light
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup sour cream
    3/4 cup milk
    3 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/3 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 orange rind, grated
Preparation
    Add sugar, sour cream, and milk to eggs and beat thoroughly.
    Sift dry ingredients together several times. Add orange rind.
    Stir into egg mixture to make donut batter.
    Drop batter into hot oil. Flip over when bottom side is brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
    Makes 2 dozen donuts.
