Pimento Cheese Weight Watchers Style - cooking recipe

8 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
4 ounces diced pimentos, drained
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar (optional)
Preparation

With an electric mixer, mix the Ricotta and cheddar cheese together. Mix for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the Greek Yogurt and mix.
Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried mustard. Mix well.
Add in the diced pimentos and mix. Add salt, pepper, and vinegar to taste.
Refrigerate at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
