Curried Chicken Salad With Nectarines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
    2 cups cubed nectarines
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1/3 cup chopped green onion
    1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons buttermilk
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    3 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients (through pepper) in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Drizzle mayonnaise mixture over chicken mixture; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with almonds.
