Broccoli Gratin Lchf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    400 g broccoli
    2 eggs
    200 ml double cream or 200 ml creme fraiche
    250 g cottage cheese
    200 g feta cheese
    salt
    black pepper
    grated full-fat cheese
Preparation
    Heat the oven to 200 C.
    Split the broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling water for a couple of minutes - it should still be al dente. Put in a buttered oven dish.
    Mix together cream, eggs and cottage cheese. Crumble in feta cheese and season to taste.
    Pour the mixture over the broccoli and add a generous layer of grated cheese on top.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes until golden.
