Crock Pot Veal And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs boneless veal, cubed
    3 green peppers, quartered
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    28 ounces canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in slow cokers.
    Cover. Cook on low 7 hours, or high 4 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
