Blender Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    1/2 cup melted butter, cooled
    2 lemons, juice of
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    3 tablespoons flour
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 frozen pie shell
    powdered sugar, to garnish
    sift sugar, flour and corn starch together
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Place eggs, butter, lemon juice, sugar mixture and vanilla extract in blender and pulse until smooth.
    Pour into frozen pie shell and bake for 40-45 minutes or until set. I always put my pie on a cookie sheet to bake.
    Remove from oven and let cool completely.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
