Australian French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 slices thick bread
    1 tablespoon margarine, for cooking
Preparation
    Beat eggs, salt and milk together in flat bottomed container.
    Place bread into egg mixture and soak until all mixture is absorbed.
    Heat frying pan and add margarine, cook soaked bread until brown.
