Sweet & Sour Kielbasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 ounce) packages kielbasa
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
3/4 cup red currant jelly
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation

Cut Kielbasa into 1/4 inch rounds.
In a large pot, combine chili sauce, jelly, lemon juice, light brown sugar and mustard.
Stir over medium low heat.
Add Kielbasa and pineapple chunks.
Simmer 15 minutes.
