Zesty Hamburger Soup -Jeff Allen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 cup onion, chopped
    4 cups hot water
    2 cups frozen corn
    4 canned jalapeno slices
    2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
    2 cups celery, sliced
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    2 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 1/2 cups uncooked small shell pasta
    1 (32 ounce) bottle v8 juice
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, cook the beef, celery, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the water, potatoes, corn, pasta and jalapeno.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until heated through.
