Indian-Spiced Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    1/4 1/4 cup vegetable broth or 1/4 cup water
    2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
    2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
    1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Place all of the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, and shake until well blended.
    Use the dressing immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use.
