Low Carb Blue Cheese Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head green cabbage, coarsely minced
    1/2 cup carrot, minced
    Dressing
    1 ounce blue cheese, crumbled
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons Splenda granular
    salt and fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Combine chopped cabbage and carrots.
    Place dressing ingredients in food processor, blend well and taste for seasoning. Pour over cabbage and combine well.
    Chill 1 hour or more before serving.
