Low Carb Peanut Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
    3 green onions, sliced
    2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Heat oil and lightly saute green onions and ginger.
    Add water and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until it melts.
    Serve warm with Low Carb Chicken Satay.
