Cinco De Mayo Sangria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 full 250ml bottle pinot noir wine
    1 full 250ml bottle Chardonnay wine
    1 (8 ounce) bag of dole fruit cocktail
    1 lb blackberry
    2 sliced fuji apples
    2 clementine oranges
    1 (18 ounce) can mandarin orange segments (drained)
    1 (18 ounce) can pineapple tidbits (drained)
    1 and a half cups sugar
    1 cup of paul masson brandy
    1 cup of triple sec orange liqueur
    3 cups ice, to fill bottom of the pitcher
Preparation
    Fill a large pitcher, 3 gallon pitcher, with ice and fruit.
    Pour sugar on top.
    Add the wines and liqours.
    Mottle the fruit with a potato masher to release the juices.
    Marinate from 3 to 9 days for fuller flavor!
    Serve over ice, with seltzer, straight up!
