Tequila Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 habaneros, Chopped
    8 garlic cloves, minced
    1 medium onion, Chopped
    5 golden tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup tequila
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan; cook down to desired constancy.
    Let it cool and strain into a container.
    Refrigerate any unused sauce.
