Cilantro-Lime Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup sliced fresh cilantro, loosely packed
    1/2 a medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    1/4 cup sour cream (I use Balkan, thick yogurt to be corn free)
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
    sea salt, to taste
    freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Combine sour cream or Balkan yogurt, fresh lime juice, brown sugar, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper in the bottom of your serving bowl. Add cabbage, onion, and cilantro and toss to coat.
