Super Easy Sweet & Sour Pork Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Meatballs
    550 g ground ham
    450 g ground pork (or veal for less fat)
    2 cups breadcrumbs
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 teaspoon salt
    Sauce
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1 cup water
    1 tablespoon dried mustard
Preparation
    Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, milk, eggs& salt Make 24 small meatballs, you can use a small ice cream spoon to make them even Place into a baking dish (9\"x13\") Prepare sauce by mixing brown sugar, vinegar, water and dried mustard.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 325F, 40 minutes Serve over rice.
