Ingredients

1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup water
3 carrots, sliced thin
1/2 cup oil
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 large onion, sliced thin
2 cucumbers, peeled & diced
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
