The Hot Italian (Sandwich) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice provolone cheese
    3 slices tomatoes, sliced thin
    2 slices red onions, sliced thin
    2 ounces capicola, thinly sliced
    2 slices mortadella, thinly sliced
    2 slices genoa salami, thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    4 tablespoons pesto mayonnaise
    2 slices multi-grain bread or 2 slices ciabatta
Preparation
    Butter one side of each piece of bread and grill until golden brown.
    Spread 4 tablespoons of pesto mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
    Pile high with tomato, mortadella, salami, capicolla, provolone cheese and onion.
    Top with the second slice of bread and serve.
