Pineapple Smash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 serrano pepper
    1 cup fresh lime juice
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 cup gold tequila
    1 tablespoon agave nectar
    1 tablespoon cilantro
Preparation
    Cut serrano in half, rough dice the 1/2, keeping most seeds & pulp. Put in shaker and muddle to get the juices out.
    Add 3 shots tequila, 1 1/2 shots lime juice, & 1 1/2 shots pineapple juice, and generous squeeze of agave nectar.
    Cover & shake.
    Strain over ice.
    Garnish with chopped cilantro.
