Ingredients
- 
                            4 cups flour
 
4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups buttermilk
1 cup oil (I use Conola)
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups blueberries
Preparation

                            in a medium bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
 
In a large bowl whisk buttermilk, oil, vannila and eggs.
add flour mixture to buttermilk mixture, stirring untill just combined. Let mixture sit for 10 to 30 minutes.
toss blueberries in 2 teaspoons of flour and fold into batter.
preheat waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer directions for your waffle iron (my waffles iron say 5 and a half).
